This is all possible due to our unique plating process! We use the highest quality stainless steel that is then plated with 18k gold using a technique called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition).

This new, modern way of plating, is ten times thicker than standard gold plating, is environmentally friendly, and uses a vacuum coating process, resulting in an extremely durable finish. This durability naturally makes it almost anything proof!

This is actually quite common and happens to hoops or latch backs (european gold styles). It is not a fault, or even broken and can be easily fixed once you know how!

Here is an easy way to fix this: 

- Take the earring in the open position and gently use your thumb to push up on the curved post.

- By doing this gently, you will slightly push the curved post upwards, allowing the earring to close again with a tighter “click.” If you find that the earring still doesn't close, you may have pushed the curved post up too much.

- Try pushing on it slightly to move it downwards a bit, then attempt to snap the earring closed again. You can adjust the curved post up or down until you hear it click securely into the locking position.

Making a small adjustment from time to time will keep your earrings tight and working like new!

• Regularly cleaning your pieces can keep residues to a minimum making them shine on the daily.

Storage Tips:

• Your jewellery already comes with our soft pouch or box which is perfect for keeping your jewellery safe!
• It's always best to store your jewellery in a way where they aren't rubbing against each other to prevent scratches.
• Any pouch or jewellery box with a soft texture inside is optimal.
• Make sure your jewellery is dry before storing it, a light polish will ensure your pieces don't hold a water stain (if this happens just wet down again and buff until dry)
